You are invited to be a part of the Eleventh Annual Fire Bible Summit to be held November26-December 1, 2012 in “Paradise.” Every other year, the Fire Bible Summit returns to the grand island of Maui for the Fire Bible Summit. For 2012, the five-star Grand Wailea Resort will be our host. Voted the Best Resort Accommodations, Best Resort Restaurant and the Best Resort Spa by Maui News Readers in 2011, the Grand Wailea is a fitting place to host the Fire Bible Summit as we celebrate one of the most unique ventures in publishing God’s Word—the Fire Bible. With 38 editions and millions of copies in print, the Fire Bible is internationally acclaimed as the most widely translated and most widely distributed study Bible in history as it helps fuel the flame and provide doctrinal purity for the Pentecostal revival that is sweeping our world. Hosted by the Assemblies of God Bible Alliance and LFTL, the Fire Bible Summit annually brings together people who love to publish the Word of God around the world. For 2012, we have invited the Assemblies of God Leadership Conference participants to be our guests for four nights. The AG Leadership Conference is made up of the district superintendents, district secretary/treasurers, and the college presidents. Their annual conference will follow the Fire Bible Summit at the Grand Wailea. The first event of the 2012 Fire Bible Summit will be Tuesday night, November 27 with our opening dinner featuring Pastor Rod Loy sharing an exciting Fire Bible project to help increase the distribution of this one-book Pentecostal library. Wednesday, November 28, will be a busy day as the golfers will golf, the fishermen will fish and the spa goers will go to the spa. For the two-day, two person scramble we will play the Gold and Emerald Courses at the Wailea Resort. The courses were created by Robert Trent Jones. For years the Gold course was home to the Championship Skins Game. The Emerald Course is described as having a softer, more sensuous look than the Gold Course. We will again have our fishing tournament on Wednesday to be held in the Pacific Ocean, home to several fish! Those not golfing or fishing are invited to be our guests in the “Best Resort Spa” for a treatment of their choice up to $200. The second round of Golf will be played on Thursday morning, November 30. The scheduled events will conclude on Thursday night, with our Champions Banquet featuring Dr. Alton Garrison, the only president the Assemblies of God Bible Alliance has ever had.
The entry fee for the Summit is 800 Fire Bibles at $10 per Bible or $8,000 per couple.

Registration Deadline The deadline for registration is September 1, 2012. We need your entry fee of 800 Fire Bibles at $10 each or $8,000 by November 1, 2012. Make checks payable to the Assemblies of God Bible Alliance. All gifts to Bible Alliance receive LFTL credit. Space is limited, so register as soon as you can. After September 1, we will receive reservations on a space-available basis.

Resort Fees and Charges The daily resort charge of $25 is taken care of by the entry fee and will cover Unlimited local, toll-free and credit card calls (no access fee); Coffee or tea in guest room; Nightly turn down service; Unlimited use of Spa Grande’s Fitness Center featuring cardiovascular and strength training equipment, participation in Yoga classes; Admission to twice-daily scuba clinics and water aerobics; Complimentary beach umbrellas for use on Wailea Beach; Participation in scheduled Art and Garden tours; In-room high speed internet access with wireless capability. Any room charges that are separate and distinct from the room rate and tax/fee charges are the individual’s responsibility. This would include meals outside of the event banquets, Porterage/Baggage handling; Room attendant; Golf Bag Porterage; Overnight Valet Parking (if used) any gratuities for staff, and personal incidentals.
Additional Nights and Upgrades Extra nights are available, and you can upgrade to a garden, terrace or ocean view room for an upgrade charge that applies. If a second couple comes under your ministry registration, there would be an additional $2,000 fee which includes their room and event participation.
Children Children are welcome; however we need to know how many children will be attending (see registration form). There is also a children’s menu available at the banquet for those under 12. The resort has a limit of two children per room and accompanied by at least one adult per room. There is a maximum limit of 4 people per room. Adjoining rooms available for a fee.
Dress Code Plan on being comfortable while you are in Maui for our event. Dress attire for the banquets is casual resort wear. For golf tournaments, the proper golf attire/collared shirt is required.

Notes: If you are traveling independently the airport in Maui is: Kahului (OGG), Maui. It is approximately 21 miles from the airport to the Grand Wailea. We highly suggest that you rent a car due to distances on the island. Direct flights are available from: Atlanta, Chicago and Dallas. Non-stop flights are available from several West Coast cities. Please note that most flights depart from Kahului for the mainland in the late afternoon or evening and are usually “red-eye” flights.
